Job Description:

As a Sr. HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in leading and directing the routine functions of our Human Resources (HR) department. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, Hiring, and Retaining Talent: Lead talent acquisition efforts to ensure the recruitment, selection, and retention of top-tier talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement strategies to foster employee engagement and satisfaction within the organization.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and goal-setting initiatives.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
  • Development and Training: Facilitate employee development and training programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate HR-related risks, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to company policies.
  • Audits and Legal Compliance: Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employer-Employee Relations: Manage relationships between employees and the organization, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain Company Culture: Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture throughout the organization.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Employee Benefits: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and provident fund contributions.
  • Create a Safe Work Environment: Implement measures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Handle Disciplinary Actions: Address disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey information and foster collaboration.
  • Strategic Thinking: Apply strategic thinking to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Leadership Skills: Provide effective leadership to the HR team and influence positive change within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations.
