Job Description:

• As a Social Media Executive, your primary responsibilities include:
• Managing our company’s social media accounts effectively.
• Researching and planning content strategies for social media campaigns, keeping abreast of the latest trends.
• Developing and publishing engaging posts to captivate audiences and enhance brand promotion.
• Collaborating with the design team to ensure timely creation of images and videos.
• Scheduling social media posts using online scheduling tools.
• Building a vibrant community by fostering meaningful conversations and promptly responding to audience comments.
• Establishing connections with industry influencers for brand promotion.
• Monitoring brand mentions and leveraging user-generated content to foster personal connections with the audience.
• Analyzing social media analytics to evaluate campaign performance.
• Staying updated on the latest features and offerings of social media platforms.

Requirements:

• To excel in this role, you should possess:
• Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• A portfolio showcasing past social media campaigns you’ve handled.
• Proficient copywriting skills, which would be advantageous.
• A solid understanding of social media advertising.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies.
• Experience with social media post scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Publer, or similar platforms.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, media, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic customer service skills.
• Excellent time management abilities.
