Description:
ASIEL GROUP, a construction firm in Mangalore, is seeking Site Supervisors for civil projects. Candidates with a Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering, whether fresher or experienced, are encouraged to apply. Other qualifications may be considered if experienced in the civil construction field.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities at the site.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor quality control and safety procedures.
• Maintain records of construction progress.

Requirements:

• Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in civil construction (preferred).
• Willingness to work on-site.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
