Full Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
• Set targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Create and execute effective merchandising and promotional strategies to drive sales.
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment to ensure adequate product availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
• Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
