About the Team: You will be part of our HR Shared Services team based in Bangalore, focusing on Middle East (ME) recruitment. The team is dedicated to attracting, selecting, developing, and retaining talented individuals who are collaborative, innovative, and driven.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support sourcing and recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar staff.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the ME to identify resource requirements, obtain necessary authorizations, and establish cost-effective recruitment strategies.
  • Guide hiring managers throughout the selection process, ensuring the best fit for the role.
  • Maintain networks in critical technical sectors to facilitate effective passive recruitment.
  • Manage multiple recruitment campaigns across various geographies.
  • Develop advertising programs for high visibility with potential candidates.
  • Monitor and manage the internal applicant tracking system to ensure proper tracking and disposition of candidates.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Analyze recruitment trends and results for continuous improvement of strategies and processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related discipline.
  • Proven track record in corporate in-house or agency recruitment, preferably in professional services/consulting or high-tech industries.
  • Experience in Recruitment Managed Service environment, RPO, or in-house recruitment team is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Extensive experience sourcing candidates using various methods including networking, online/offline advertising, internet search, and Web 2.0 methodology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with recruitment or applicant tracking systems.
  • Confident, resilient, highly organized, and able to prioritize and deliver to deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work in ME shifts.

Salary: ₹2,500,000.00 – ₹3,000,000.00 per year
