About the Role:
As the Senior Programming & Partnerships Officer at Polesden Lacey, you will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering an engaging programme of events, activities, and programming. Collaborating closely with the Visitor Experience and other teams, you will develop innovative initiatives that connect visitors with the rich social history and conservation efforts of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver an exciting programme of in-house and partnership events and activities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with partner organizations to enhance the visitor experience.
  • Act as a Duty Officer on busy operational days, welcoming visitors and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage budgets, analyze visitor figures and trends, and stay informed about industry offerings.
