Full Job Description:
Role: Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack
Experience: 4+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Develop and architect web applications using MongoDB, REDIS, NEXT.JS, Tailwind CSS, ShadCN UI, Flowbite, Grafana, Datadog, Headless CMS, Vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript, NODE.JS and React, WebPACK, creating seamless, intuitive user experiences.
• Employ the latest low-code/no-code tools to rapidly prototype and deploy features, making technical concepts accessible to non-technical users.
• Contribute to a community of engineers building shared frontend tooling, ensuring high-scale, data-intensive APIs, and interactive workflow UIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, brainstorm solutions, and deliver products that empower users to navigate and interpret complex data with ease.
• Own the end-to-end product workflow, from system design to production, focusing on engineering quality and innovative user interfaces.
• Creating low-code/no-code WYSIWYG tools, which enable engineering teams to build products for their users.

Requirements/Skills:

• A passion for solving real-world problems through technology, improving user workflows, and building powerful yet approachable user interfaces.
• Proficiency in Vanilla Javascript, Typescript, NEXT.JS, REACT, Three.JS, WebGPU, Web Assembly, GO, RUST, REDIS, MONGO DB, TailWind CSS.
• A knack for working collaboratively with technical and non-technical individuals, valuing clear and concise communication.
• A strong foundation in front-end development, with a willingness to dive into back-end challenges as needed.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously learning and adapting to new technologies.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field required
