Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit.
• Assess current practices and procedures, making recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Create project expenses and budgets for internal teams, and prepare project reports for each event or conference undertaken by the company.
• Coordinate with clients before and after the project, track and report all project expenses, and prepare invoices for each project the company undertakes.
• Create invoices for projects, send them from accounts to clients, and track all payment timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• With at least 3-4 years of experience in Tally and other accounting tools.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
