Job Description:

Coordinate the deployment of security guards, supervisors, and housekeeping staff for new clients.

Oversee the management of existing client accounts.


  • Arrange security personnel and housekeeping staff as per client requirements.
  • Supervise the performance of security guards and ensure adherence to protocols.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to address any security concerns or requirements.
  • Implement security procedures and protocols to safeguard client premises.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess security measures and address any vulnerabilities.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.


Education: Minimum 10th pass, 12th pass, or Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in security-related roles preferred.

Work Arrangement: On-site work required.

Skills: No predefined skills necessary; however, strong communication and organizational skills are advantageous.
