What You Will Be Doing:
- Identifying and contacting potential clients through networking, outreach, and marketing.
- Qualifying leads and recording details in CRM.
- Booking and facilitating presentations with leadership.
- Creating sales presentations for potential clients.
- Following up to close deals and ensuring contracts are communicated and signed.
- Facilitating operations handover meetings and reporting targets and results to leadership.
Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work under pressure and plan and organize sales presentations.
- Thorough understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close.
- Experience with Microsoft 365/Outlook and CRM software.
- Ability to attend in-person monthly meetings and events with the Calgary-based team.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Existing network with Engineering, Construction, and Oil and Gas companies.
- Experience selling big ticket items with sales lead times.
- Experience leveraging social media for brand awareness and sales.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time position with a base salary of $75,000/year plus commissions (base/commission structure flexible).
- Hybrid or remote work located in Calgary, AB.
- Additional health, paid vacation, and expense benefits available if the position is made permanent.
