Job Description:

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Identifying and contacting potential clients through networking, outreach, and marketing.
  • Qualifying leads and recording details in CRM.
  • Booking and facilitating presentations with leadership.
  • Creating sales presentations for potential clients.
  • Following up to close deals and ensuring contracts are communicated and signed.
  • Facilitating operations handover meetings and reporting targets and results to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work under pressure and plan and organize sales presentations.
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365/Outlook and CRM software.
  • Ability to attend in-person monthly meetings and events with the Calgary-based team.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Existing network with Engineering, Construction, and Oil and Gas companies.
  • Experience selling big ticket items with sales lead times.
  • Experience leveraging social media for brand awareness and sales.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Full-time position with a base salary of $75,000/year plus commissions (base/commission structure flexible).
  • Hybrid or remote work located in Calgary, AB.
  • Additional health, paid vacation, and expense benefits available if the position is made permanent.
