About the Company:
VTRIA ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive in Mangalore, Karnataka.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or ideas.
• Plan, execute, and manage various marketing activities including advertising, public relations, event organization, product development, distribution, sponsorship, and research.
• Create brand awareness and develop customer relationships.
• Assist in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in relevant media channels.
• Collaborate with creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and advertisements.
• Write and proofread marketing copy for online and print campaigns.
• Generate creative content including videos and blog posts.
• Manage social media channels.
• Organize and participate in events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.
• Source and secure sponsorships.
• Coordinate with designers, printers, and photographers.
• Ensure effective distribution of marketing materials.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Conduct market research using customer questionnaires and focus groups.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation and marketing.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Ability to work in person and conduct day shift operations.

Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
