Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an education institution or similar environment.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for academic and non-academic staff.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and HRIS software.
• Willingness to work at both the corporate office and schools across Bengaluru.
