Job Description:

RedTeam Hacker Academy is seeking an Academic Counsellor to join our team in Calicut. As an Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies to secure new leads and promote student advocacy. Your role will involve collaborating with the sales team, handling online platforms for lead generation, and coordinating with the education team to drive programming sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design sales strategies to secure new leads by identifying prospects.
• Conduct sales calls, strategic evaluation, presentations, and proposal coordination.
• Promote student advocacy and ensure best customer service while counselling and following up leads.
• Create and implement a sales strategy that maximizes sales and increases demand.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement programs that deliver value.
• Use scope of work documents to define and communicate client concerns.
• Collaborate with the education team to recognize instructional activities that aid or impede student development.
• Handle online platforms for lead generation and generate leads from various sources.
• Coordinate with the Team Lead to conduct weekly workshops at the center to increase walk-ins.

Requirements:

• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of total work experience required.
• Experience in academic counseling preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be able to commute to Calicut, Kerala.
