Job Description:
As a Receptionist/Administration personnel at BOLDMERE SERVICE & MOT CENTRE, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will involve greeting and welcoming customers, following established booking procedures, and managing administrative tasks including bookkeeping and VAT returns.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a courteous manner.
- Follow and maintain booking procedures, ensuring accurate recording of customer information.
- Book customer vehicles in person and over the telephone, maintaining both manual and computerized records.
- Professionally and promptly handle telephone inquiries.
- Liaise with the team to provide customers with quotations and updates on vehicle status.
- Order and manage parts from suppliers, including obtaining quotes and arranging returns.
- Generate customer invoices and maintain computer records.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks and assist with VAT returns.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Friendly demeanor with the ability to work under pressure.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
