Job Description

InApp Information Technologies India Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled React JS Lead Developer with a strong full-stack background. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience, demonstrating proficiency in JS, ReactJS, Python Flask, and MSSQL, along with a robust understanding of various optimization techniques and development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications with front-end technologies, primarily ReactJS, and server-side technologies including Python Flask.
• Design, implement, and support RESTful JSON-based APIs.
• Utilize optimization techniques, hooks, redux middleware, and client-side routing.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality.
• Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Implement, customize, and integrate third-party applications.
• Employ debugging techniques using tools like Wireshark/Fiddler, Chrome Debug extensions.

Mandatory Skills

• JavaScript, ReactJS, Python Flask, MSSQL.
• Awareness of optimization techniques, hooks, redux middleware, client-side routing, etc.
• Ability to read, understand, and design RESTful JSON-based APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with VueJS/NodeJS.
• Previous experience in a tech lead or mentorship role.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with AWS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Other Requirements

• Comfortable working in overlapping hours roughly from 9 PM to 11:30 PM IST.
• Proven competency in developing and supporting full-stack applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based approach.
• Strong debugging skills using tools like Wireshark/Fiddler and Chrome Debug extensions.
