Full Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Plan, oversee, and deliver projects aimed at improving operational delivery and efficiency within Active Programmes, Community TB Nurses, and Active Together services.
• Provide leadership for the development and delivery of identified projects, including events coordination and service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Senior Clinicians and Clinical Managers to coordinate and support project delivery across the CCA Group.
• Provide project support for key business plans related to the TPC Directorate.
• Assist the Operational Lead in the operational functioning of services, ensuring effective business support.
• Ensure that P&E schemes have reliable mechanisms for capturing efficiency gains for reporting to Finance.
• Support the delivery of identified projects and schemes by working with staff groups and services to maintain alignment with project plans.
• Assist in delivering core business functions supporting operational service delivery.
