Job Description:
The Listeners Collective is seeking a social worker with medical and psychiatric/community development specialization for the position of Program Facilitator. This project is based in Bangalore and has a duration of 6 months. The Program Facilitator will be responsible for anchoring facilitation sessions with adolescents, conducting assessments, supporting program module development, coordinating with stakeholders, reporting, and ensuring smooth program implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate scheduled sessions with four cohorts of adolescents according to the program plan
• Conduct baseline and endline survey assessments and other monitoring and evaluation exercises
• Support the development and modification of program modules as needed
• Assist in the development of project collaterals, including IEC materials
• Communicate and coordinate with external and internal project stakeholders
• Prepare monthly reports and project updates
• Conduct post-project period check-ins as scheduled
• Support the project manager in ensuring smooth and timely program implementation
