Description:
Xactly Corporation is seeking a Product Analyst to join their Product Management team in Bangalore. The Product Analyst will support Xactly product leadership in translating the company’s vision into strategy, roadmap, and deliverables. They will collaborate with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure value delivery to the market. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, with experience as a product owner in agile product/software development teams. They should have excellent communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously and in teams. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Translate company vision into strategy, roadmap, and deliverables
• Collaborate with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams
• Prepare product requirements and manage product backlog
• Interact with clients and internal/external stakeholders
• Demonstrate quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Contribute to product innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of SaaS industry experience
• Experience as a product owner in agile product/software development teams
