Job Description:
As a Process Expert at Barclays, you’ll provide operational support and service to UK colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors regarding Benefits day-to-day activities, colleague queries, and escalations. You’ll need strong analytical and organizational skills to investigate cases, correct issues, and ensure timely completion of critical activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide second-tier advice, investigation, and resolution for query management of My Rewards and Benefit activity.
• Analyze and resolve queries generated from weekly interfaces and work with other teams to investigate root causes.
• Complete pay overs and reconciliations, ensuring data issues are resolved and investigated.
• Ensure timely completion of controls, checks, governance routines, and administration processes.
• Handle customer requests, escalations, and complaints effectively, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for corrective actions.
• Raise Risk Events, investigate root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Support HR Operations teams to ensure tasks are completed within SLAs and system administration is effective.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of benefits, legislation, governance, controls, and risk management.
• Working knowledge of IT systems like SAP, Salesforce, or other HR systems.
• Familiarity with HR processes/areas and their links to HR operations, including SAP/Salesforce, MI, Employee Relations, HR Policy, etc.
• Understanding of salary/allowance calculations, absences, and data accuracy.
• Customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general PC skills.
• Graduation in any discipline.
• Ability to work under tight timelines, coordinate and prioritize activities, and demonstrate self-discipline and motivation.
