Job Description:

As a Process Expert at Maersk, you will be the owner of the job file, responsible for creating and updating shipping documents and customer invoices in the system. You will oversee all Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations activities related to file management for the customers under your purview. Key activities include post-booking file management, documentation, system updates, and operational finance. Additionally, proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions and supporting customer service in query resolution and exception handling are essential responsibilities of this role.


  • Own all SCM Operations activities under file management for assigned customers.
  • Handle all aspects of file management post-booking, including documentation and system updates.
  • Manage operational finance related to assigned files.
  • Proactively communicate with customer service regarding any exceptions.
  • Support customer service in resolving queries and handling exceptions efficiently.
