Job Description

Kangaroo Kids International Preschool in Bengaluru is looking for a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide a nurturing and safe learning environment for preschool children.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
• Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of the children.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience with Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Early Childhood Care Education Certification.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to counsel effectively and handle classroom dynamics.
• Attributes: Hardworking, self-motivated, and physically fit. Should be prompt, persuasive, and presentable with a long-term approach to the organization.
• Other Requirements: Must be female and physically present in the school.

Additional Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of total work experience.
• Location: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Bangalore, Karnataka before starting work.
