Job Description:

Power BI developers are responsible for the development and administration of BI tools, requiring complete knowledge of the Power BI system. They transform raw data into meaningful analyses through interactive dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Power BI development and administration.
• Building Analysis Services reporting models.
• Developing visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop.
• Connecting to data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business Intelligence.
• Analytical thinking to translate data into informative visuals and reports.
• Implementing row level security on data and understanding application security layer models in Power BI.
• Expertise in using advanced level calculations on the dataset.
• Responsible for design methodology and project documentation.
• Developing tabular and multidimensional models compatible with warehouse standards.
• Developing, publishing, and scheduling Power BI reports as per business requirements.
• Understanding business requirements and developing data models accordingly while managing resources.

Requirements:

• Development experience in Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint Online and the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• SharePoint/Power Platform related certification.
• Troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to learn new emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills (written as well as verbal).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months and maximum 5 years of experience with respect to Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Good knowledge of Power Platform and related emerging technologies.
• BE, BSc in Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Microsoft Certifications.
• SharePoint related certifications and PL-900 would be an added advantage. Certification is not mandatory, and TMTPL can provide training for the same.
