As PMO Services Manager, you will create a strong governance approach for both internal delivery and partner delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for our partners and ensure they are fully resourced to drive project delivery across their associated customers. You will allocate new projects and provide oversight and support, ensuring partners uphold our certification requirements. You will monitor overall performance and ensure that CX KPIs are met.
Responsibilities
Create a strong governance approach for both internal delivery and partner delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for our partners
Ensure partners are fully resourced to drive project delivery across their associated customers
Allocate new projects and provide oversight and support
Ensure partners uphold our certification requirements
Monitor overall performance and ensure that CX KPIs are met
Requirements
5+ years of client-facing experience in a high-performance SaaS or Services company
Excellent presentation and communications skills – written, verbal, one-to-one, group, formal presentations
Experience with establishing a governance framework for services delivery
Experience with project management and technology implementation
Problem solving skills, with a strong ability to process and synthesize information
Passion for customer experience, ensuring partners champions our values
Ability to work effectively and manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
Ability to build internal relationships and drive trust with internal teams
Fast learner with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
