Job Description:
IIKM is looking for a Placement Coordinator to manage and facilitate the placement processes and establish solid connections with top MNCs’ HR departments. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in training and placement, strong communication skills, and the ability to nurture relationships within Chennai and abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain contacts with HR departments of top MNCs.
• Conduct workshops with industry professionals for students.
• Counsel students on internships and final placements.
• Organize on-campus drives and visit companies.
• Prepare placement brochures for companies.
• Prepare students for interviews and coordinate placement drives.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Graduates / Postgraduates, Preferably MBA.
• Skills: Customer service, Good Communication Skills, Ability to Connect with Corporate HR.
• Experience: At least five years as a T & P officer in a reputed institution.
• Established contacts with HR departments of top MNCs.
• Ability to connect and nurture relationships in Chennai and abroad.
