Job Description:

V Care Diagnostics & Andrology Centre is seeking a Phlebotomist/Health Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a nurse, lab technician, or phlebotomist, with a preference for female candidates. Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in various health care tasks as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Interact professionally with patients and colleagues.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in phlebotomy is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of total work experience.
• Nursing, lab technician, or phlebotomy certification is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
