Job Description:
We are seeking an Operations Officer to join our team and undertake a crucial business support role. Professional HE Services (PHES) acts as an umbrella company for membership organizations within the UK Higher Education sector. PHES oversees seven Special Interest Organizations (SIOs), collectively supporting UK university staff in various areas including estates, facilities management, legal, internal audit, commercial and campus services, finance, procurement, strategic planning, and HR. With our recent expansion, we require additional operational support, making this role pivotal in providing administrative and operational assistance to the Managing Director.

We offer a competitive salary ranging between £29,605 – £33,966 pro-rata per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a defined contribution pension scheme with 7.5% employee and 16% employer contribution rates, along with life insurance. Employees receive 30 days of holiday pro-rata, inclusive of bank holidays and discretionary days’ office closure. We prioritize continuous professional development (CPD) and offer appropriate training and support.
