Job Description:

As an Operations – Officer – Depository Services at HDFC Bank Limited, you will be responsible for facilitating various operations related to depository services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Acceptance of Delivery Instruction Slips (DIS), Pledge Requests, Dematerialization (DRF)/ Re-materialization requests (RRF) & DIS/ Pledge requisition requests etc. after duly diligence.
  • In-warding of the instructions/ requests received such as Delivery Instruction Slips & Pledge requests etc. as prescribed.
  • Data entry of Delivery Instruction slips, Pledge requests, Demat requests, Closure requests etc. wherever permitted.
  • Printing & filing of daily reports / BJR, assisting Initial checking/callback of the daily reports & adherence to process prescribed under the supervision of Bank Staff.
  • Follow-up with customer for KYC documents, outstanding charges etc. Assist in verification/ processing of Instructions as permitted.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in verification/ processing of DRF, Closure & other requests received as permitted.
  • Dispatch rejected DRF to client, Loose DIS photocopy to CPU, Transfer cum waiver request to CPU

  • Category: Bachelor’s Degree
