Job Description:
Bluedart is seeking an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. This position is open to candidates with 0-2 years of experience.

Tasks & Duties:

  • Ensure timely reporting to work.
  • Support the operations team in coordinating with delivery staff.
  • Maintain the counter and take ownership of its upkeep.
  • Track cash bookings daily and update the status.
  • Maintain all necessary records and reports.
  • Achieve or surpass targets set by the regional retail in charge.
  • Provide sales lead information to the retail in charge.
  • Tally cash realized from daily sales and hand it over to the agency.
  • Coordinate with the Admin/Retail in-charge for the overall neatness of the counter.

Qualifications:

  • Any degree.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
