Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessment of clients and develop treatment plans.
• Evaluating patient’s progress
• Formulating OT reports and documentation
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and physical therapy programs in order to provide clients with best treatment program
• Educating caregivers and family members of clients on patient care and environmental modifications
• Maintain periodic communication with parents or caregivers to discuss monthly progress and goal planning.
