Web Pariwar is seeking a Medical Coder responsible for coding and abstracting patient encounters, analyzing data for reimbursement, researching documentation needs, and serving as a subject matter expert for coding staff. The role involves reviewing medical records for documentation deficiencies and ensuring accuracy of diagnoses and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Code and abstract patient encounters, including diagnostic and procedural information.
• Research and analyze data for reimbursement purposes.
• Identify and address documentation deficiencies.
• Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for coding staff.
• Review documentation to support diagnoses, procedures, and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Total work experience: 7 years preferred.
• Medical Coding experience: 3 years preferred.
