Job Description:

• Teach Mathematics to 9th, 10th, and 11th-grade students, adhering to the CBSE syllabus.
• Create engaging and effective lesson plans to facilitate student understanding and progress.
• Provide support and guidance to students to help them grasp mathematical concepts effectively.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment conducive to academic growth.
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality instruction in Mathematics to students in 9th and 10th grades.
• Ensuring alignment of teaching methods and materials with the CBSE syllabus.
• Engaging students actively in the learning process through interactive teaching methods.
• Providing individualized assistance to students who require additional support.
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborating with colleagues and school administration to enhance the overall learning experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field (Preferred).
• Previous teaching experience, ideally in a similar educational setting (1 year Preferred).
• Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum for Mathematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to excel in Mathematics.

Additional Information:

This is an offline position, requiring in-person teaching.

Part-time job type, with expected hours ranging from 6 to 9 per week.

Teaching hours are scheduled after school hours, between 5pm – 8:30pm.

Expected start date: 01/05/2024.
