Job Description:
As a Legal Intern at Prime Minds Consulting, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various legal tasks. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, assisting with paperwork, content writing, and providing legal guidance to our team. Additionally, you will participate in client interviews and learn about the daily affairs in the legal field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Draft and edit contract templates.
• Assist in content writing and management related to legal matters.
• Conduct legal research as required.
• Support smaller projects as requested by the company.
• Assist in drafting confidentiality agreements.
• Organize legal memoranda and client correspondence.
• Conduct intake interviews to identify legal issues.
• Observe and participate in client meetings, trials, and mediations.
• Work with confidential documents under confidentiality obligations.

Required Knowledge and Qualifications:

• Completed Master’s Degree or degree in Law or related field.
• Knowledge of legislation, rules, and compliance.
• Familiarity with various legal areas such as Companies law, Labor law, corporate law, etc.
• Contract formation, negotiation, review, and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
