Job Description:

• Connect with students and parents to provide education counselling.
• Develop and maintain rapport with new and existing students.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients to ensure retention.
• Counsel students on UG/PG degree courses offered by the college.
• Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries effectively.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end counselling process.
• Guide students in choosing courses based on their skills.
• Convert walk-ins into admissions.
• Resolve student queries regarding courses.
• Manage the complete admission process and assist students in choosing the right course.

Requirements:

• Keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
• Sales or tele-calling experience is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
