Full Job Description:
Adax Business Systems is currently seeking a remote Helpdesk Support Specialist to oversee IT support helpdesk activities. The primary responsibilities of this role include receiving support requests from clients via email and calls, creating support tickets, providing first-level remote support, coordinating with on-site engineers, and ensuring timely resolution of support tickets. Additionally, the Helpdesk Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining documentation, preparing daily ticket details, and communicating updates to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a helpdesk support role or similar customer service-oriented position.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of common IT systems, software, and hardware.
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- Effective coordination and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
- Proficiency in email communication and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work occasional off-hours or weekends for critical support issues.

- Technical support: 2 years (Required)
