Job Description: Giridhara Software Services is seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Director, the Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in organizing and delivering projects efficiently for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and control one or more simultaneous projects.
• Ensure project deliverables meet deadlines, budget constraints, and exceed client expectations.
• Manage a diverse team of employees, including web developers, Mobile app Developers and allocate pooled resources effectively.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while monitoring standard project performance indicators.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, attending client calls to provide updates and address concerns.
• Propose and implement improvement opportunities in project workflows and management systems.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in an IT company, ideally in a testing role, or a background in IT education (e.g., lecturer) is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and self-discipline are essential.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Strong academic track record.
• Career breaks are not a hindrance.
