Job Brief:
We are seeking skilled IT recruiters to join our team and assist in finding the right candidates for IT-specific roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for the IT industry, with expertise in screening, talent acquisition, interviewing, and employee onboarding. As an IT recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top IT talent to drive organizational growth and success in the rapidly expanding global IT sector.

Objectives of the Role:

  • Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle as an IT technical recruiter.
  • Strengthen relationships with prospective candidates specialized in IT job profiles.
  • Implement effective IT headhunting strategies.
  • Generate leads and identify IT talent aligned with the company’s technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various recruiting tools and methods.
  • Apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand recruiting needs.
  • Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Develop a pipeline of key talent for immediate hire.
  • Manage interview scheduling and logistics.
  • Stay informed of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an IT recruiter or similar role.
  • Strong technical expertise in the IT sector.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Experience with HR IT recruiter software and job boards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resource Management.
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of IT recruitment.
  • Proficiency in English and knowledge of IT talent hubs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹350,000.00 per year
Benefits: Provident Fund
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 2 years in recruiting, 3 years total work experience preferred
Work Location: In person, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Expected Start Date: 02/05/2024
