We are currently seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor / Insurance Consultant to join our team in Birmingham on a part-time basis, offering hybrid work arrangements.

Key Details:

• Basic salary up to £25,500 with OTE up to £30,000 (dependent on skills and experience)
• Permanent position
• Hybrid working model with one day in the office per week

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored advice and quotations to customers for motor, home, and travel insurance via inbound and outbound calls.
• Process customer requests, queries, and policy changes accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all customer documentation is sent accurately and completed to a high standard.
• Follow up on leads promptly and effectively.
• Work towards targets to deliver exceptional service to customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in insurance, preferably within motor, home, or travel insurance.
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of insurers and insurance brokers.
