Responsibilities

• Strong communication skills, ability to work directly with clients
• Collaborating with users to prepare functional business requirements and high-level design documentation
• Analysing and evaluating business processes, procedures, and work practices to document and identify areas for improvement and optimisation proposal for clients
• Assist with scoping of the effort and timescale estimates for technical development or business activities and system functionality
• Utilise project management methodologies, principles, and techniques to develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage projects effectively with the budget
• Develop user and training documentation and conduct formal training sessions
• Create functional specifications for system developers
• Utilise data and process modelling techniques to generate comprehensive system specifications for software design and development
• Serve as a central resource and information hub, offering guidance and assistance in system project decision-making
• Collaborate with users and programmers to design enhancements to the functionality of websites, applications, and systems
