Role Description:

• Full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager
• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management
• Includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Provide strategic HR guidance to the management team

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certifications are highly desirable
