Inspired Online School, part of the Inspired Education Group, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR team in delivering excellent service to the organization. The role primarily involves coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process.

We currently have two roles available:

  1. Permanent, full-time role: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday
  2. 6-month fixed-term contract role: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will:

  • Facilitate the recruitment process, including advertising roles, arranging interviews, conducting pre-employment screening checks, and managing associated paperwork.
  • Coordinate the weekly recruitment update meeting.
  • Manage HR and Recruitment inboxes.
  • Process starters, leavers, and changes to contractual terms, ensuring HR systems are up to date and accurate.
  • Participate in delivering HR induction sessions to new starters.


  • Studying for or CIPD Level 3 qualified.
  • Previous experience working within an HR environment is desirable.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and work well as part of a busy team.

Job Type: Full-time (Permanent/6-month fixed-term contract)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Remote (from home address in the UK)
