Job Description: Job Description: Yellow-Walls Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic HR professional to lead the employee lifecycle management, ensure compliance with HR policies, and drive employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Ensure proper documentation for promotions, transfers, exits, and disciplinary actions.
Handle termination processes and exit formalities professionally.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Oversee monthly payroll processing, including leaves, attendance, and statutory deductions.
Manage employee benefits, including insurance, provident fund, and other welfare schemes.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely salary disbursement.
Compliance & Legal:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare and maintain documents required for statutory audits and reporting.
Handle grievances and resolve disputes while ensuring compliance with legal frameworks.
Performance Management:
Assist in implementing performance review systems and appraisals.
Provide support in drafting and updating job descriptions for all roles.
Collaborate on training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
Employee Engagement & Culture Development:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
HR Policies & Processes:
Draft, update, and implement HR policies in alignment with the company’s objectives.
Communicate HR policies and processes to employees and ensure adherence.
Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, terminations, and other HR-related concerns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
