Job Description: Job Description: Yellow-Walls Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic HR professional to lead the employee lifecycle management, ensure compliance with HR policies, and drive employee engagement.
Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure proper documentation for promotions, transfers, exits, and disciplinary actions.
  • Handle termination processes and exit formalities professionally.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, including leaves, attendance, and statutory deductions.
  • Manage employee benefits, including insurance, provident fund, and other welfare schemes.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Compliance & Legal:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain documents required for statutory audits and reporting.
  • Handle grievances and resolve disputes while ensuring compliance with legal frameworks.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in implementing performance review systems and appraisals.
  • Provide support in drafting and updating job descriptions for all roles.
  • Collaborate on training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Development:
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • HR Policies & Processes:
  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies in alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Communicate HR policies and processes to employees and ensure adherence.
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, terminations, and other HR-related concerns.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
