Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
Handle new employee orientations and documentation.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and benefits.
Track and manage employee leave requests.
Ensure company policies and legal requirements are followed.
Oversee general office operations and procurement.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
Assist in payroll preparation and related tasks.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Generate HR-related reports and maintain records.
Process and Sop for all functions.
Goal settings with Department heads and reviews
Requirements:
Effective verbal and written communication for interacting with employees, management, and candidates.
Building relationships, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Analyzing complex situations, making decisions, and finding practical solutions.
Managing multiple tasks, time, and resources efficiently.
Handling sensitive employee information and situations with discretion and integrity.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
