Full Job Description:
Prowiden Overseas Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and strategic Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in various HR functions, including strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and more.


  1. Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead recruitment efforts and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  3. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and address employee concerns and grievances.
  4. Performance Management: Implement performance management systems and processes to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
  5. HR Policy and Procedure Development: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  6. Organizational Development: Support organizational development initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
  7. Employee Development and Training: Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  8. Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
  9. Data Analysis and HR Metrics: Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and support decision-making.
  10. Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  11. Change Management: Facilitate organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions.
  12. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace culture.
  13. HR Project Management: Lead HR projects and initiatives to support organizational objectives.
  14. Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with a total of 2 years of overall work experience preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Tamil preferred.
