Full Job Description:
VCARE is seeking an HR-Training & Development professional with excellent communication skills in English and Tamil. The responsibilities include creating and providing general, standardized, and customized training to all employees, including new hires, refresher courses, and just-in-time training on minor enhancements. The candidate will consult with operations management on training strategies and needs, coordinate enhancements or needs assessment, including independent proactive identification of issues and opportunities. Strong previous skills in training administration are required. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing safety policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, inspecting and maintaining safety equipment, training employees on safety procedures, investigating accidents and incidents, and maintaining safety records and documentation. The candidate will also assist and advise the factory management, organize training programs for factory workers, spread awareness about various safety measures, and advise on safety aspects in job studies. A course completion certificate in safety officer course is required.
