The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience, proficiency in English, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The role involves improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. Candidates with end-to-end recruitment experience in both domestic and international markets are preferred. Experience with Workday Recruiting is essential, as the role involves utilizing this talent acquisition application to find, share, engage, and select the best internal and external candidates for the organization. Responsibilities include analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems, collaborating with peers within Accenture, limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management, and working as an individual contributor as part of a team.
