About the Company: Yuva Shakti Foundation is a national-level skill development organization dedicated to empowering youth. They are currently seeking experienced and ambitious candidates for their Goa branch for the position of Recruitment Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing of Candidates: Actively source candidates as per the organization’s requirements.
  2. Data Management: Maintain and manage documentation and registration of new trainees, including weekly follow-ups.
  3. Invoicing: Ensure timely invoicing processes are followed.
  4. Training Coordination: Coordinate training schedules with the training department, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
  5. Reporting: Provide weekly reports on industry-wise trainee strength under various schemes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of total work experience in recruitment and manpower services is required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Location: The role requires in-person work in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
