Job Summary:
As an HR Recruiter at Trove Innovations India Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and processing qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for finding the right fit for both the company and the candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

2. Candidate Screening and Assessment:

  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and experience.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Administer relevant assessments or tests to evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles.

3. Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and management.
  • Provide candidates with information about the company, position, and interview process.

4. Selection and Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate interviews and select the best-fit candidates.
  • Assist in the preparation of job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

5. Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates regarding their application status.

6. Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.

7. Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a commitment to diversity and inclusion in candidate sourcing and selection.

8. Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR department with additional HR-related tasks as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a recruiter.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
