Job Description:
Future Role is seeking an HR Recruiter to join our team, responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle across various open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.

Objectives of this Role:

• Collaborate closely with managers to understand hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to final-offer negotiation.
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain a database of qualified prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media.
• Utilize multiple recruiting sources and innovative strategies to find quality candidates.
• Screen resumes, manage candidates throughout the hiring process, and conduct interviews.
• Maintain a database of candidate records.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods.
• Familiarity with job boards and HR-specific computer systems.
• Desire for professional growth through networking and ongoing training.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)

Experience: Fresher to 2 years
Note: Candidates should have a laptop/desktop, mobile phone, and good internet connectivity.
