Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our dermatology practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance within a healthcare setting. Candidates with a background knowledge in Dermatology are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the unique needs of a dermatology clinic, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, training documentation, and performance evaluations, in compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
• Review and process leave requests in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate leave policies and procedures to employees, providing guidance and clarification as needed to facilitate the leave request process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee leave balances, including accrued and used leave hours, in the organization’s leave management system.
• Review and approve leave requests based on policy guidelines and employee circumstances.
• Process advance payments through the payroll system or another designated payment method.
