Brief Description:
Chordify helps start-ups grow through offshore development services, design solutions, talent acquisition, and investor readiness services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions, bonuses, and adjustments.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement succession planning strategies to identify and nurture internal talent.
  • Work closely with department heads and managers to assess current talent, identify high-potential employees, and create development plans.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders and ensure a smooth transition of key roles.
  • Conduct regular talent reviews and assessments to evaluate succession readiness and address skill gaps.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent management and succession planning to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, with a focus on talent management and succession planning.
  • Proficient in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Experience in developing and implementing succession planning strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
